پیوتر ایلیچ چایکوفسکی (pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky)

چایکوفسکی، آهنگساز روسی (زاده 7 می 1840 و درگذشت 6 نوامبر 1893) در کنسرواتور سن پترزبورگ، به تحصیل در مکتب موسیقی روبینشتاین پرداخت.

شوپن، موسیقیدان لهستانی (زاده 1 مارچ 1810 و درگذشت 17 اکتبر 1849) از برجسته ترین و تاثیر گذارترین نوازنده ی پیانو در دوره رمانتیک بود.

شوپن تعدادی از فرم های موسیقی را ابداع کرد اما مهمترین نوآوری های او را میتوان در قالب فرم هایی مانند: والس، سونات پیانو، اتود، نوکتورن، پولونز و پرلود، نام برد.

مهاجرت شوپن به فرانسه
