تاریخچه ورود ویولن به ایران

از اینکه ویولن در چه تاریخی و به وسیله چه کسی به ایران آورده شد، اطلاع دقیقی در دست نیست. به همین دلیل نمی توان تاریخ دقیقی را برای ورود ویولن به ایران مشخص کرد. اما آنچه از گفته ها و نوشته ها برمی آید ویولن در زمان ناصرالدین شاه قاجار به ایران آورده شد و مسیو دوال فرانسوی که معلم بخشی از مدرسه ی موزیک دارالفنون بود، مدت دو سال در ایران ماند و ویولن هم تعلیم میداد. ظاهرا او قدیمی ترین معلم ویولن در ایران بود ولی قدیمی ترین نوازنده ی ایرانی ویولن را می توان حسین هنگ آفرین، تقی دانشور (اعلم السلطان) و ابراهیم آژنگ دانست که در مدرسه موزیک دارالفنون تعلیم میگرفتند و حسین هنگ آفرین که بعدها خود در شعبه ی موزیک دارالفنون کار میکرد شاگردانی داشت که برجسته ترین آنها ابوالحسن صبا بود.
تاریخچه ورود ویولن به ایران
بعد از بازگشت کلنل وزیری از اروپا و تأسیس مدرسه ی خصوصی موسیقی در سال ۱۳۰۲، ابوالحسن صبا نزد او به نواختن ویولن پرداخت و بعدها از پیروان مکتب او شد. در کنسرت هایی که وزیری در مدرسه ترتیب می داد. صبا نوازنده ویولن و تکنواز ارکستر و از برجسته ترین شاگردان آن دوره محسوب میشد. در سال ۱۳۰۸ که کلنل وزیری مدرسه صنایع ظریفه را در رشت تأسیس کرد. مدیریت آن را به ابوالحسن صبا واگذار کرد.
چند سال بعد که صبا به تهران مراجعه کرد، اقدام به تأسیس کلاس موسیقی نمود. مبتنی بر اصول علمی به تعلیم این ساز پرداخت و شاگردان زیادی تربیت کرد و سبب گسترش نوازندگی ویولن در ایران شد. او آثار بسیاری برای ویولن نوشت و با ظرافت خاصی این ساز را وارد موسیقی کشورمان نمود. بعدها شاگردان ایشان چون شادروان مهدی خالدی با شیوه نوازندگی خاص خود و ساختن آهنگ های دلنشین و علی تجویدی با آهنگسازی و چاپ قسمتی از ردیف موسیقی ایران و نشر آثار خود، به گسترش این ساز در موسیقی ایران کمک نمودند.
